Phyllis Marie by Terry Row

Phyllis Marie is a work of fiction based on the true story of Terry Row, a pilot in the 390th Bomb Group. Most young pilots in World War II named their planes and created artwork to adorn the nose of the plane, and Perry chose his wife's name. The book begins at the end, takes you back to the beginning and describes Perry's love of flying his B-17. The author is a descendant of the pilot and his wife, Phyllis Marie Row.
