Refund policy

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us in its original condition within 30 days of onsite purchases, or 45 days for online purchases.

Restrictions & Exclusions:
• Multimedia items, memberships, prints and sale merchandise are non-returnable
unless defective.
• A $10.00 restocking fee applies to each item not received in its original condition.
• All in store sales returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for online sales.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us at (520) 574-0287 or email l.mccoy@390th.org within five business days for instructions on an exchange or credit card refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at l.mccoy@390th.org and send your item to: 6000 E. Valencia Road, Tucson AZ 85756, United States.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6000 E. Valencia Road, Tucson AZ 85756, United States

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
